The Classic Rock Cook

Natalie and I made a quick road trip to Springfield on Sunday morning to see our friends, Rupali & Chakra. They were visiting from Houston for a wedding on Saturday, so we met them along with Tim, Joe, Mike, Jason and Minisha (if I spelled anyone’s name wrong or missed anyone, I’ll be happy fix that) at the Springfield Brewing Company, BrewCo for short. Their breakfast selection was amazing! For some reason, I was tasting a breakfast pizza complete with sausage gravy that morning and, guess what? They had it! It was delicious!! Natalie’s breakfast burrito with chorizo, avocado, eggs and breakfast potatoes was pretty tasty, too. I’m excited to go back and try some of their house brews soon. I even got to see part of the Penguins-Islanders Stanley Cup Playoff game before we left. Thanks to the Penguins app and 3G data, we listened to part of the game on the way home when there weren’t dead zones.
